Bookcrossing

This morning I was listening to a podcast where they were talking about "bookcrossing".
The thing is to share books. You register at bookcrossing.com and there you can register any of your books that you would like to share with others and/or give away. You can leave your book just somewhere and write it down on the website. Someone else will probably find it, read it and place it somewhere else. I have searched the database and found out that there are about 40 books hidden somewhere in the city of Bremen.
Sounds like a very interesting thing to me and I will surely try it. I will post it here as soon as I have found my first book somewhere...

Since I am already a member of geocaching, this bookcrossing thing is not really new to me but I don't know anyone who already is a member and/or has any experiences with bookcrossing. If you know about this, please drop me a comment.
